We can provide you with top tier, smart home support and aftercare, so you can live with the peace of mind that your home will continue to operate at its peak performance.  We manage this in a number of ways:

• We have a team of highly skilled technicians, who can ensure that all of your systems are fully optimised and continue to deliver the outcomes which you expect. Our aim is to work closely with you to provide a reliable and tailored service.
• Our Aftercare packages are designed to identify and actively manage any potential problems before they occur, delivering a complete maintenance solution. . From simple programming adjustments to updates and repairs, our aftercare provides you with a hands-off approach to managing your system.
• As technology continues to advance, we give you the option to receive advice and updates from us, in relation to the latest progressions available to you, given your smart-home set-up.  This allows you to  continue  benefiting from the ‘latest and greatest technological advances, should you choose to do so, and can all be delivered through regular system health checks, as part of our Aftercare plans
  
  

The GreenElec service is different. We provide you the first 12 months of Aftercare for FREE, starting from the day of occupation. After that first year, you can choose to continue your Aftercare plan or move to a pay as you go option, depending on your needs, which we can assess together.
